“In this lesson we talk about what is form and thinking in 3D. We'll talk about drawing with volume and we'll keep things easy for ourselves by simplifying. So now we're going to go into what is form and thinking in 3D and I'm going to draw out some examples on my paper. The first thing we want to talk about is drawing with flat shapes. When I see drawings like this, my first reaction is that there's no form. What I mean by that is they don't have volume. You know, what are we aiming to get?
